A. Summary View

Overview:

Tracked headcount metrics (active/terminated employees) and hiring trends over time.

Visualized department/job title distribution and HQ vs. branch employee allocation.

Mapped employee density by city/state.

Demographics:

Analyzed gender ratios, age group distributions, and education levels.

Explored correlations between education and performance ratings.

Income Analysis:

Compared salary discrepancies across education levels and genders.

Visualized age vs. salary trends by department.

B. Employee Records View

Created a filterable table with employee details (name, role, salary, etc.) for granular analysis.

User Story
As an HR Manager, I need a dashboard to:

Monitor workforce health (hiring/attrition trends).

Identify diversity gaps (gender, age, education).

Assess salary equity and performance drivers.

Solution: This dashboard provides actionable insights through intuitive visualizations, enabling data-driven HR decisions.
